The website bobarhet.ax is run by the working group for the five-year inspection in Kökar municipality. If you have any questions about your personal data, please contact us at koll@kokar.ax .

2. What information we collect
You can visit bobarhet.ax freely without providing any personal information. We do not have any contact forms and do not send any newsletters.

  • Automatically when you visit the site: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and how you use the site, via cookies (see cookie policy below).

  • If you email us yourself: then we will receive your email address and what you write, and will only use it to respond to you.

3. Why we process the data and legal basis

  • To understand how the site is used and improve it – legal basis: consent (for non-essential cookies).

  • To respond to your email if you contact us – legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Where the data is processed (Wix)

5. Disclosure to third parties
We never sell your information. Information may be processed by our service providers (Wix, and in the case of statistics [Google Analytics] and embedded content such as [YouTube, maps]). Information may be disclosed if required by law.

We do not store any data longer than necessary. Emails you send are stored for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted. Statistics via cookies are stored according to the cookie table below.

7. Your rights
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • have incorrect information corrected,

  • have your data deleted,

  • object to or restrict processing,
